As part of my Management course at Bow Valley College, I took on the role of a marketing student acting as a management consultant for Big Rock Brewery. My task was to assess the Canadian external environment using PESTEL and Porter’s Five Forces frameworks. This analysis explores key external factors and competitive forces that impact the brewery industry and provides strategic insights to support Big Rock Brewery’s potential expansion across Canada.

In the role of an internal analyst, I examined The Big Box – a Family Entertainment Hub in Calgary – where I was employed. This report offers practical insights into how employee motivation, skill development, and workload management impact operational effectiveness and team dynamics, while also addressing challenges like gender bias and staff well-being.
